When a store carries anything pineapple-related we're immediately drawn to it and more often than not, have to buy it. We're not sure what exactly it is about this fruit that makes us so happy, but featured in a print or on an accessory it always adds a cheerful pop of color and whimsy.

Owning a pineapple used to be a sign of wealth and we love that people would actually rent them for parties so they could casually set them in their kitchen hoping guests noticed. Surely one or two accidentally got eaten by an "over served" guest craving something sweet! Currently one of our favorite party tricks is serving drinks in hollowed out pineapples. Nothing screams summer fun like drinking a frozen drink out of a pineapple with a neon straw and little umbrella.
